Well, a couple of years back, while Organist & Choirmaster at St.
James's in W.Hartford, we had the misfortune of dealing with the last
of the perflex in *that* beast of an Austin (whose main shortcoming is
that it's *not* buried in a hole . . . you can hear it . . .).

We opted to toss the d***ed little bellows rather than releather them.
The cost of replacement with new ones was hardly more than the labor
and aggrivation of releathering.
