I just find it so hard to believe that anyone could find the harpsichord
offensive! I think it may have a LOT to do with the player's expressive or
non-expressive playing. I think we have probably all heard clinky,
non-expressive music being played on thse beautiful instruments which call
for expressive playing techniques..
