The Roseingrave was no 2 in the series so I don't know how far it all got.
No 6 is François Dandrieu, edited by John R White of Indiana Univ. Of course
the general editor being Denis Stevens the emphasis was on
voice.........things like Renaissance Lieder, Dialogues for two voices and
continuo by Henry Lawes, the Cries of London, Monteverdi's Hor ch'el ciel e
la terra etc etc
Interested to know if the Penn State Press are still in the early music
