First name Pieter, born 1721. died 1799. Got his first job as organist at
age 11. Studied violin with Tartini; active in Holland and later in
England.In addition to concerti, he wrote sacred and secular vocal music,
as well as instrumental chamber music for strings. TThat's a rough
