Yes, you are correct: The Morley moulded plectra are made to perfectly fit Morley plastic tongues. They are not recommended for jacks in other instruments, although I have seen them used--most recently in the lute register of a 1905 Pleyel which sold earlier this month in Canberra.
Two of my other vids show Delrin conversion methods for Goble harpsichords (where the entire tongue is replaced) or de Blaise (where the stub of the old leather plectrum is used to wedge in the Delrin). The latter technique can be used in similar instruments.
