There is one by Marjory Halford which reasonable, although I wouldn’t recommend using the rather heavily edited versions of the preludes or the allemande unless you really haven’t a clue where to start. I suppose it’s alright because she gives the French originals in a parallel column to the translation. However, she has tried to translate with a typically 20th-century anglophone approach and hasn’t understood the subtleties of the language or some terminology.
A good beginning, though. I would suggest learning French, though. It’s all much easier in the long run ;)
