I have always used the organ as continuo for this piece, but that's no
reason not to use anything else. I would say that if you think
harpsichord & organ would sound well, go ahead an use them both. I
doubt if anyone will call you on it! Let us know what you think of it
afterwards.

PS: As I remember, there's a very awkward turn over in the parts in
the middle of a movement. You might want to xerox bits of it to avoid
a long gap between the Allegro and before the return of the E-flat
Adagio!
