Thank you for the publisher's name. The volume appears in their catalogue at
www.carus-verlag.com and costs DM128 or $78 One can order on line
apparently.

Does anyone know if these versions are to appear in volume three of the
Bärenreiter Froberger edition which is due out in a few months time?
