Regarding the Valenti/D. Scarlatti CD reissues on the Millennium label
purchased in Australia by Kar Ming Chong from another list, I have been in
correspondence with both Chong and Dominique in California and here's the
scoop:

The issues look to be reissues of Vols. 24, 25, and 26 of the Westminster
series, near the end of his project, and were originally available in
stereo, as opposed to the earlier ones. Kar Ming says: "The sound
recording is pretty amazing (even supersedes digital recording releases).
It has been remastered using the 20-bit technology. My guess would be the
original tapes. The information on the back cover states that it is an
analog-digital transfer: Michael P. Elsey, MCA Music Media Studios.
Remastering and Editorial were done by Andreas Stange, SYRINX music and
media GmbH, Hamburg."

So it looks like authorized recordings from MCA, done well. Maybe it's the
start of the complete series. Is Millennium available in the U.S.?
