If these are the one's I thinking of (can you read my mind?
The set of six, first one in C major, second in A minor, 3rd
in G major, and the rest are pretty dippy so I don't
remember them), those look like they're for 2 organs.
There's only 1 manuscript, it's not autograph but is
contemporary w/Soler, probably somebody else @ the
monastery. It says "para dos organos." And there are
occasional registrations (Flautas / Octavas). There must
have been 2 (chamber?) organs at Escorial that went up to
dog-whistle g. (Are there any surviving Spanish organs that
go up there?)

To judge from the simple registration indications, unusual
stops wouldn't be the point; I guess the spatial component is.

But maybe you're thinking of a different set?
