And welcome again to the new/old lists at the University of Iowa.

There is one small procedural change which I just became aware of yesterday.  When posting to the list, you will now be required to confirm your post before it is distributed.  It is a simple procedure; you will receive an e-mail when you submit your posting, which will contain a live link that you must click on to approve your post.  I hope this one extra step won't deter anyone from sharing their thoughts and knowledge.

This is a required list setting for all UI listservs, imposed as an anti-spam measure.  Hopefully we will all quickly adapt to it.
