Apologies to all.  This is a test message.  We are trying to determine the cause of the extraneous characters which are appearing in posts published on the UI list, but not the Albany list.

As might be expected, the changeover to new servers may result in a few "bumps" and may require a few test messages.  I will keep this to a minimum and beg your indulgence.
