I spotted something tonight I thought you would enjoy.

Posted in the bookshop next door is a sheet from a Russian arts management
agency extolling the talents of their roster through the voices of critics
in the US.

The Los Angeles Times is quoted, referring to a recital by pianist Yakov
Kasman:
"...Kasman's style glimmers."

Glimmers?  _GLIMMERS?!?_  I looked it up. My dictionary defines glimmer as
"emitting a faint, feeble or intermittent glow".

I'll bet that unnamed critic would smile to see his word so posted. (Talk
about faint praise!)
