"Why not play the pieces that want Eb, then retune and play the ones with D#? That doesn't take long 
with a 2X8."

I have a 2x8, 1x4.  In such situations, I planned the programme so that I could re-tune the D-sharps 
and E-flats during the interval.  Also I only re-tuned the particular notes that I needed.for the
