The Riemenschneider Bach Institute, based in Ohio, has just published a special issue of its BACH journal, in honour of the 90th anniversary of Leonhardt's birth. Individual volumes can be purchased for US$20 for US addresses, US$30 for non-US addresses. Requests can be directed to [log in to unmask] The journal is also available on JSTOR.
