David Greer, I must respectfully disagree. My "early Allen digital" sounds
quite nice. With an inexpensive Alesis Nanoverb added, it is a relatively
inexpensive alternative to newer, pricier alternatives.
I was fascinated to learn that Olivier Latry in 2004 performed the opening
recital for an instrument built in 1898. I guess after sitting idle for 106
years, it needed a "rebuild"! ;>)
