I have been lucky in that all the electronic organs I have played have
been designed for use in church services. However, I know of a few
churches that purchased an electronic organ which would be more at home
in a working man's club (i.e. with two short keyboards, an octave of
stubby pedals and fancy 'effects' such as cymbals, drums etc.) and it's
these that give the genre a bad name.
