It has the problem of inaccuracy, as well as asking for redundant
typing for the organ. Like saying "camellia tea" when you mean "tea."
SInce organ means "Keyboard-operated wind instrument" it needs no
adjective.
I proposed a neutral acronym long ago for the others that also doesn't
burden the fingers with extra typing, but nobody took it up. It was
AFKAT for "apparatus formerly known as toaster." It has the virtue of
being pronounceable, has no negative connotations, and the same number
of letters to type as organ.
Other possibilities include SMIO for "Synthesizer made to imitate an
organ."
Or, SISBO for "synthesizer intended to simulate the behavior of an
organ."
Note that none of these contain any aspersions on how well the device
in question fulfills its intended function.
