Unfortunately the Pels & Van Leeuwen web site isn't very easy to link
to and that URL just takes you to the index of organs.

I believe that the instrument Vic is referring to can be found on page 46
(click on the >> to go to the last page, and then on < to go back one page)
and then click on the entry for the Tokyo Chou Church.

Looks like a very nice instrument, but it certainly dominates the church!
