Apparently the Final Round for the Calgary International Organ Competition
occurred yesterday and it was announced that the first prize went to James
Diaz, who also won the round for the concerto competition. Jim is a brilliant
young player, a former student of Robert Glasgow at the University of Michigan,
and (I believe) is currently working with Todd Wilson.
