This organ is located in Madison.  I think the problem is not that the owner is
selfish, in fact, he is just the opposite.  The difficulty in access is because
the building is a commercial manufacturing plant with very limited parking and
there is no provision for handling groups of visitors.  There are no accessible
restrooms and faciliies of that sort.  The organ itself was installed by David
Junchen and is a first class instrument, as the Ron Rhode CD's will attest.
