Thank you all for your replies. I had suspected that "Evenredig zwevend" 
meant Even
but searches on the Internet brought no enlightenment. Neither were any 
of the online
translators uf use. One suggested "Proportional hovering" which was 
rather unhelpful
(maybe a reference to a floating division?).
