Last year the American Institute of Organbuilders visited the West
Point Cadet Chapel as part of the convention.  At that time we
created a web page that was up-to-date last Fall for the organ.

I have set it up so that it can be accessed at:
http://organs.pipeorgan.org/WestPoint.html

I don't know if it can answer the questions about Marcel Dupre and
the 2' Harmonic Piccolo but it does the the then current specs for
the instrument.
