1. Last Verse Extravaganza for organ - 200 frequently used hymns (2001)
ISBN 1 84003 651 6
2. Restrained last Verses for organ -165 frequently used hymns (2003)
ISBN 1 844417 161 2

Thank you for suggesting these, which I don't have, although I have the collections by Mawby and Lloyd.

The musical material is probably very useful, but as with all of Mayhew's output, the physical format is liable to be hopeless. The contents beg to be photocopied simply because these bloody volumes won't stay open on a music rack, or even on the bench beside me. Publishers say that they don't approve of photocopying their music, but in this case: tough.

I wish American organ builders would adopt those metal hooks common on the edges of music racks on British organs, which one can twist up to catch wayward pages that want to flip over. But a Mayhew book is probably too intractable for even them to handle.
