This is correct and the organ is indeed a tracker but the action is
supported by Barker machines. I think if we talk about the largest
trackers we are fascinated by the lightness and precision of non-supported
mechanical actions as it is no problem to construct a tracker if there are
enough devices (electric couplers, Barker levers etc.) which guarantee for
correct operation.
 
I am sure the 4-manual Rieger in Hong Kong is mechanical throughout
but I guess the 5-manual Klais in the St. Kilian Dom in Wu"rzburg has
electric couplers since double-action is the standard in large Klais organs.
