I'm a Noel Rawsthorne 200 fan and the content is very worthwhile, but...

...the binding is not. It is not possible to have a page open on the desk
without breaking the spine. I resort to photocopying the page I need.

If only music publishers were required to USE their products before
inflicting them on us. Then ring binding would become the norm (dismounts
from hobby horse).
