I play from the Schirmer editions for the most part. I've purchased each
volume of the Leupold as it came out (although I just checked and price is
only $30 - I think I paid more than that) and I use those as well.
Sort of depends what you want from the music. I play for church so any
readable edition is fine. I don't want the ones with tenor clefs or notes
squeezed together. Nobody in the congregation knows or cares if there's a
scholarly debate about an accidental or 8th note vs. a 16th note, or
whether they're in alphabetical order.
But if you want a scholarly edition or if you're playing for recitals or in
professional settings, you might want to stick with the Peters or NBA. Not
sure about the Breitkopf:
