Does anybody here play this piece?

In measure 10, beat 4, middle staff (left hand,) my ear tells me this  
should be a b-flat instead of b-natural which is indicated in my  
score. (or, should it be b or h, for our German readers) Is this a  
typographical error (which flats the b-natural from earlier in the  
measure?) Which do you play?
