There are 3 kinds of commonly available mouths on metal pipes:  The
most common is the "Bay Leaf" which is also known as "Gothic" because
it's very similar to the top of a pointed Gothic window.  Here's one:

Also, very elegant for facade pipes is the Roman, which is constructed
like a Roman or Round arch.

Less commin is the trianguar mouth.
