Hill, Norman & Beard tune celestes slightly sharp

This has been done, but with multiple rank celestes. If you have
several celestes in one instrument, they should all be tuned sharp.
Otherwise, if you shift from one celeste to another there will be a
distinct change in pitch.

When your ears tell you so. If you have really keen ears, then ever
so slightly. If you have cloth ears, then ever so much.
> 4. Can one combine celestes with other stops? How?

You can combine anything with anything. Your ears should tell you if
it is tasteful or not. If not, other people will tell other people.
