Recently I shipped an entire positiv from Peterborough, Ontario to
Victoria, British Columbia.  I called a couple of local movers (the normal
movers of one's chattels) to see if there was a truck going from
Peterborough to Victoria anytime...I missed the first one, and hit the
second one a few weeks later.  The parts needed only a small fraction of
the space.  The price was more than reasonable, considering the weight,
distance, and bridge tolls.  Insurance was available to the church
receiving the parts, and they insured it for 5 times what they paid for
it!!!!  A good deal all round.
