I'm probably coming out now (so to speak) as an early French music ignoramus,
which is no more than the truth, but I'd be grateful if anyone would please give
me some repertoire suggestions to make best use of the double mutations (5 1/3,
3 1/5) on the Great of my shiny new organ.
Also, my Solo has a 1 1/7 - now I don't know much about the finer points of
temperament, but if I hold a low C with just the Septième drawn, I should be
hearing something nearer to a B flat than an A natural, right?
Thank you all!
Simon.
