May I note that while Warner Music is the successor to any copyrights
still in force that were previously controlled by CPP / Belwin and
originally controlled by J. Fischer and Bro.,
The address and phone number given in my post ARE for Warner Bros. Music and
Mr. David Olsen IS the contact person for Warner Bros. Publications, per the
Music Publishers
Assoc. website. While these publications are most likely in the public
domain, it is highly unlikely that a public library would have either the separate
voice parts or congregational part in their collection. And while the Library
of Congress would most likely have any item submitted for a separate
copyright application, I have found that the publishers are usually more cooperative
and faster in complying with this kind of request.
Hope this helps

Dick Siegel
