You're in luck.
I use PDF Tools:http://www.pdfill.com/pdf_tools_free.html
I also use CutePDF to create PDF (It installs as a "printer."):

In fact, just this morning, I printed a PDF from a Finale file I made
of Allein Gott in der Höh sei Ehr, BWV 675 from Clavierübung III,
putting the C.F. in the pedal.
