Several people have indicated something of this nature - but in this
case, it just doesn't solve my problem. The wedding, this time, is my
son's; the bride, a lovely girl soon to be my lovely daughter-in-law;
the arrangements, all being made remotely, with them journeying from
California to Manitoba for the wedding in July. And this, like it or
not, her favorite song. Not the time, I'm afraid, for a principled
negotiation or music appreciation lecture, nor for sloughing off a
bride by saying, "Find it yourself!" This bride's going to be around
for a long time and part of the family!
So if anyone does have a copy or knows where I might get one, it would
save me a great deal of trouble. My alternative is not to somehow avoid
doing the piece but rather to write my own arrangement from the
recording, a time commitment I could sure do without just now.
