Hello All,

According to what I read after a little Googling, the organ is now under
the care of a Historic Organ Restoration Committee (HORC). Steven Ball is
the new official organist and Carl Loeser is the current organ curator. The
organ is reported to be 30% restored and will be played when the 2014 Ms.
America Pageant returns to the Atlantic City Convention Hall in the runup
to the show proper. The first piece will be a transcription of a 1927 march
by Sousa done by Mr. Ball.

There is a plan to start fund raising for a 10 year, $16M restoration soon.

I don't know what the politics of all this are, but it seems it may bode
well for the organ in the long run. That's all I was able to find. Anyone
on the inside of this??
