Every July, Interlochen Arts Camp, formerly the National Music Camp holds
an organ seminar. It opens with a concert one evening and the next day
is spent in master classes and other sessions. Usually lots of organ
music around, really easy to go broke in a big hurry. Anyhow, I can't
remember exactly, but except for this summer when Todd/Ann Wilson were
the artists/clinicians, Gillian Weir did it the three years prior to
that. Makes for quite an exciting, fun, educational experience! The
Wilsons did an excellent job also. They played a duet they had
commissioned and it was only the second performance of it, the first
being at the National Convention just the week before in NY. Don't
remember the title, will find my program and post it later.
