I've been using the IPad for a couple years now, and have a page turner who 
 loves to do it for me.

Allen Organ Company makes a forward-backward wireless gadget for either two 
 pistons or two toe studs. It's pricey but does the job.
 

I'm still hoping for a bigger screen that isn't too thick and can still  
just sit on the music rack.

I get comments every Sunday from people who watch the IPad being  used.
