Jenni,
     I checked the score,first without realization, The first f natural
makes the neapolitan 6th with the bass but the last f should be sharp and
not relate to the first because the harmony has changed back(65 under the a
would be f# and e because of the key signature. The second f should have the
tie as in the flute part, OK
