Finally located the album early this morning. I really need to reorganize my music collection, even though most of the time I can lay hands on just about anything within a few seconds.

The notes are extensive, with detailed charts on the pieces, as well as a bibliography. All this is presumably by Mr. Martinoli, since there is no other attribution. The booklet is pasted into the album cover, but it shouldn’t be too much trouble to copy and scan it for Jon if he would like.

The CD is Olive Music om 008, and there is a new copy available on Amazon.com <http://amazon.com/> at a reasonable price right now.
