How do? The name makes me think it is a Netherlands publication...right?
 
If it doesn't turn up here, I have a colleague in this gas turbine business
who is an organist in The Netherlands. We talk on a regular basis. He doesn't
mess around with the "baby" kbd stuff, but he knows people there who do. I
could have him look for it.
 
And then who is the list member in the north of the Netherlands??? Is it Carr?
 
If it isn't Dutch, then "never mind" :-)
