It should indeed be not a big problem. From time to time, I'm tuning
harpsichords before concerts and the same instrument gets tuned in different
temperaments each time. If you have the possibility to keep your instrument
in stable humidity and temperature than it should be very stable.

By the way, here in Belgium I'm tackling 28% RH if I don't switch on my
humidifier. Beware for soundboard cracks!
