I no longer have the old LP sleeve, which was almost surely from this

J.S. Bach: Triple Concerto, BWV 1044 ... Gustav Leonhardt (Harpsichord)
Deutsche Harmonia Mundi, 1965, where, if I remember well, Gustav Leonhardt
argued that the triple concerto was most likely written by Johann Gottfried
Muthel.
If anybody has that sleeve, I would very much like to have a copy of it:
Leonhardt never published that account anywhere else.
