I can't hear any difference between 415 and 415.3 in any case I usually tune a bit sharp even if the required pitch is 415 because to a string player the harpsichord tends to sound a bit flat. Having said that I stopped tuning for public concerts years ago where the harpsichord is only used for continuo usually with a modern orchestra and they tend to want to go a bit above 440 anyway. I stopped building transposing instruments  and now only build harpsichords for solo repertoire such instruments include those at low Kammerton ie a 390 . So far two of these instruments have been the JP Bull single and the Smithsonian Dulcken. The owners, former pianists with 'absolute pitch' (440), happily play their harpsichords at 390.
