Hi,
I assume you mean dictionaries, not automated “translation” in google style.
I have my own very detailed lists (English, Dutch, Swedish and German) for organs, (forte)pianos and harpsichord, for which I used various resources and transferred them to excel tables. Won’t put them on the internet.
Boalch 3, I think, contains a useful list, if I remember right.
