HI Bruce,

I can't see any unkind comments here or personal criticism in this thread,
merely an interesting discussion. Nothing I have written has any intention
of being personal criticism or belittling. I do have a somewhat stern
written style which can be misunderstood, I credit that!

I am more interested in why the attacks on Prof Jarvis have started up
again after three years. But as to being off topic, surely the matter of
who wrote Bach's work is directly on topic, as part of the remit for the
list is about performance and compositions for the instrument.
