Ed Kottick

For sale: Flemish single-manual harpsichord with three registers (2x8',
1x4') + buff, and four-and-a-half-octave compass (GG-d3, transposable to A
= 415 and 440). Quilled in Delrin. The keyboard has ebony naturals and
bone-slipped sharps. The exterior color is a brownish brick red and the
interior is a creamy ivory. There are mottoes on the lid and lid flap. An
oak music desk, turned oak stand and heavy-duty cover are included. This
lovely, singing instrument was professionally built from Zuckermann parts
in 1992 by Ed Kottick of Iowa City, IA. It is in excellent condition, and
was recently regulated by the builder. The seller has moved to a smaller
house and sorrowfully no longer has room for his harpsichord.
