Rob, I earlier had the same thought but lacked the courage to change the subject until your remarks showed the need for a brave soul. In any case, I hope the new subject captures the direction things ended up up going. Of course, now that the subject has "quill" in it you may not be reading this at all:) But for others, I would be very interested in hearing what has been experienced in going from delrin/celcon to quill, any special tips, did anyone later revert to the polymers, etc.
