Landon,

For what it's worth, here are the approximate dimensions of the Hubbard tongues I used to modify the jacks in my Burton harpsichord:

Height: 0.875" (not including spring)
Width: 0.16"
Thickness @ top: 0.10" (at the base of the 45 degree part)
Thickness @ bottom: 0.125"
The plectrum mortise (center) is 0.66" from the bottom
The "axle" nubs are 0.165" from the bottom

I'll send you a photo off list of the rig I used to shorten the top end to fit the Burton jacks.
