Dear Colleagues,
I am alive and well. There must be some misunderstanding. I simply retired from my organist and harpsichord teaching positions in August 2015 because I am 65. There was an announcement of this retirement in TAO (The American Organist) Magazine, and it was in the "Retirements" column, not in the "Obituaries".
Best regards,
Frank Mento

My harpsichord teacher told me today that he thinks that Frank Mento
passed away. He's the American boar organist and harpsichordist living
and working in Paris that recently published the eight volume of his
Harpsichord Training Method.
Can anyone confirm or refute this?
